My name is Waldo Vanderhaeghen I currently study economics after working for almost one year in the European Policy Centre (EPC). I am now co-authoring an EPC working paper dealing with so called smart green growth. I completed with distinction international politics at the K.U. Leuven, specialisation European Union. I have also been president of the Association for International Affairs (KIB) in Leuven. My (growing) interests include e.g. climate change policy and green profits, the fight against poverty and for employment, the EU internal market, trade and developing countries, EU’s eastern Europe foreign policy and migration.
