Politics is the process whereby groups make decisions to further their dreams. While the political goals will be determined by emotions, the means to achieve them require rationality. We need the mind to achieve the heart’s desires. Here I attempt to offer a rational perspective on political decisions in relation to a wide variety of dreams of how reality should look like. They reflect on political, economic or sociological conditions of the European society in a world context. Although in politics complete rationality can never be achieved, I believe in the quest to achieve it.

I have set up this blog to share some of my views. This blog is also a place where the readers have a special role as commentators and debate participants in their own right. We would like to encourage the usage of the available tools to discuss the articles published on these pages in a constructive manner.
